Cut the tofu into small strips and set aside.

Place on a chili plate.

Coat the tofu strips with chili powder.

Beat an egg in a bowl and mix well. Add appropriate amount of salt.

Pour into tofu.

Put the eggs and tofu in the pot and steam for 15 minutes.

Close the lid.
