Smooth egg and black pepper tenderloin

Slice the tenderloin (home-style cutting method, which does not require knife skills, just freeze the tenderloin first, it will have a little hardness and is easier to operate). Of course, the meat needs to be melted thoroughly before simmering. Add five-spice powder, soy sauce, a little salt, cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes. Crack in an egg and mix well.

Add a tablespoon of starch and mix well.

You can prepare onion slices while marinating the meat.

Beat two eggs into egg liquid and set aside.

Stir-fry the washed rapeseed in oil and arrange on a plate.
