A piece of Chiba tofu.

Cut the Chiba tofu into small triangles quickly.

Cut celery with a diagonal knife.

Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and red pepper until fragrant, add celery.

Stir-fry the chopped raw vegetables and add Chiba tofu.

Stir-fry for a while and add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, salt and five-spice powder to taste.

Stir fry evenly over high heat.
