Steps
-
Soften the butter, cut it into small pieces, and put it into a small pot with salt and water;
-
Cook over medium or low heat until the butter turns into liquid and the water boils;
-
Immediately remove from the heat and add low-gluten flour immediately;
-
Use a wooden spatula to stir in circles so that the dough is evenly cooked and turned into dough;
-
Turn the heat back on to low, heat the dough to remove the water, turn the dough with a wooden spatula until a thin film forms on the bottom of the pan, and remove from the heat;
-
Pour the dough into a large bowl, spread it out and let it cool until it is not hot; add the beaten egg liquid into the dough in small amounts and beat;
-
Use a hand mixer to beat evenly each time;
-
Until the dough becomes smooth and delicate; when scooped up with a rubber spatula, the dough takes on an inverted triangle shape but does not drip;
-
Put the prepared batter into a piping bag and use a round nozzle to pipe out round shapes on a baking sheet lined with oil paper;
-
Use a fork dipped in cold water to flatten the tip of the batter;
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, with upper and lower heat, and bake on the middle rack for 25 minutes;
-
The baked product should be cooled until it is not hot to the touch;
-
Use a bread knife to cut through the middle of the puff without cutting;
-
Add animal-based fresh cream to powdered sugar, beat with an electric whisk until stiff peaks form, put into a piping bag, and squeeze into puffs with a chrysanthemum nozzle;
-
Wash, peel and cut the fruit into pieces, then decorate it on top of the cream;
