Abalone Sauce Tofu
Overview
As usual, I still fry the tofu, and use abalone juice and sukiyaki soy sauce as the sauce. The taste is greatly improved, and the taste is fresh and sweet.

Make the sauce first, put all the sukiyaki soy sauce, abalone juice, and sugar into a seasoning bowl, add an appropriate amount of water, stir evenly, and set aside;

A piece of tofu, rinse it under running water,

Cut the tofu into small pieces; beat an egg and add the tofu to cover with the egg liquid;

Put a little oil in a non-stick pan and add tofu when it is warm;

After one side is browned, turn it over and fry the other side;

Brown all the tofu on both sides and put it all into the pan until the prepared sauce is added;

The soup is level with the tofu and simmered over low heat;

Simmer until the soup thickens, sprinkle with scallions and serve.
