Overview

As usual, I still fry the tofu, and use abalone juice and sukiyaki soy sauce as the sauce. The taste is greatly improved, and the taste is fresh and sweet.

  1. Make the sauce first, put all the sukiyaki soy sauce, abalone juice, and sugar into a seasoning bowl, add an appropriate amount of water, stir evenly, and set aside;

  7. The soup is level with the tofu and simmered over low heat;
