Cut green and red peppers into diagonal sections, shred onions and ginger, and slice garlic.

Heat the cold oil in the pan, add the green onion and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

Stir-fry until the king oyster mushrooms become soft and the soup is made.
