Overview

Potato tzacha is a snack in my husband’s hometown. In the past, when the conditions at home were not good, yam tsatha was their daily staple food, millet rice porridge with yam tsatha. When my husband and I went to his house when we got married, I didn’t eat yam tsatha. At that time, the yam tsatha was made with some salt and five-spice powder, and it was really not delicious. It was only after eating potato tsa tsa in a restaurant in Xi'an that I changed my view of tsa tsa.
