Overview

When I had hot pot in the past, I always ordered pumpkin pie. Today I finally made purple sweet potato pumpkin cake. I am full of joy. Looking at my results, I don’t feel cold anymore no matter how cold the weather is. O(∩_∩)O hahaha~

  3. Add an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour (a small amount at a time). As long as it doesn't stick to your hands, the dough is ready. Leave for about 10 minutes.

  6. Fry the purple sweet potatoes in a wok over low heat, add a little butter (you can also use other oil instead) and sugar, and stir-fry until thick. The stuffing is ready like this.

  8. I used the method of making glutinous rice balls (thin on the sides, thick in the middle) and wrapped the purple sweet potato in the dough. This method is easier. After kneading, press it flat.
