Add a little cornstarch, pepper, a teaspoon of cooking wine, a little salt to the shrimp and marinate for ten minutes

Boil green beans until tender and set aside

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it until it is 70% hot. Break up the shrimp and fry until it changes color. Remove and set aside
