Peel, wash and grate the taro and put it in a basin

Sauté the dried sausage, shrimp and scallops with oil until fragrant and add them to the shredded taro.

Add salt and oil and mix well with your hands. Add rice flour in batches and continue to mix well (it is best to wear disposable gloves or use chopsticks)

Find a suitable mold, which can also be a stainless steel plate, touch oil inside, put the mixed taro shreds in and compact it firmly.

Add water to the pot and heat it, then steam it for 15 minutes and take it out. Increase or decrease the time according to your thickness.

After taking it out of the pan, let it cool or refrigerate overnight, then cut into pieces and fry in oil until golden brown.
