Remove the fascia from the chicken breast and cut into small pieces and serve on a plate.

Add salt, cooking wine and starch to the plate, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Wash the cucumber and cut into 1 cm square dices.

Heat oil in a pan.

When the oil is 60% hot, add diced chicken and fry.

To avoid sticking to the pan, use a spatula to spread it.

Fry until slightly brown, turn off the heat and take out.

Saute the minced onion and ginger in the bottom oil of the pot.

Add bean paste and stir-fry.

Add diced cucumber and stir-fry.

When the cucumbers are tender, add the diced chicken and stir-fry.
