Won-skinned spring rolls
Overview
My family likes to eat wontons, so I went to the supermarket immediately after get off work to buy ingredients and wrapped some. I only made enough for three people (I personally think freshly wrapped wontons are more delicious than frozen ones), so there was still some wonton wrappers and fillings left, so delicious homemade spring rolls were born. After trying them, my husband and children said they were good, so I took a few photos to share with you...

Ingredients
Steps
-
After mincing the pork, add the chopped green onion, then add salt, thirteen spices, MSG, salad oil and sesame oil in order (the seasoning depends on personal taste) and stir in one direction with chopsticks.
-
Spread the wonton wrappers flatly into your hands and add an appropriate amount of meat filling.
-
When wrapping the wonton wrappers, use chopsticks to dip some water into them. When I wrap them, I wet all three sides of the wonton wrappers with water so that the meat filling will not leak out easily.
-
Put a little salad oil in the pot, when the oil temperature is slightly higher, add the prepared spring rolls, turn to medium heat and fry, turning constantly with chopsticks to avoid burning.
-
When both sides are golden brown, turn off the heat and serve.
