  5. Heat oil in a pot, fry the beef and take it out. Saute cumin and chili powder in oil until fragrant.

  6. Add the fried beef and stir-fry together, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry. When the pot is about to close, add white sesame seeds (the sesame seeds will burn if added too early)
