Steamed Pork with Egg
Overview
A must-order dish every time I go to Da Feng Harvest Li's house, especially the elderly and children think it is light but very delicious. The steamed meat is not too old and is particularly tender and egg-flavored. The meat is wrapped in fragrance...😍😍🙈 It is better to cook the meat at home with fresh ingredients, so you don't need to add too many seasonings. Sometimes when cooking, just throw the rice on top of the steamed rice and the vegetables can be eaten. It really saves time!😁😁

Steps
-
Wash the ingredients and set aside
-
Chop the meat, chop a little ginger into a large bowl, add salt, light soy sauce, white pepper, egg white and mix well
-
Pour the evenly stirred meat into a slightly shallow dish, bring the water to a boil and steam it for about 10 minutes
-
Add two or three spoons of water to the egg yolks and beat them up. After the meat is steamed, pour it into a dish and steam it for about 2 minutes. Then turn off the heat and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes. (A little water is added to the egg yolks to make the steamed eggs more tender.)
-
Sprinkle the finished product with green onions and drizzle some sesame oil. This bowl of egg steamed pork is ready

Doesn’t the finished product look very tender and wrapped in egg white, so the steamed meat is particularly refreshing and there is also the fragrance of egg yolk at the end😊😊😊🖖🏻

After finishing the finished product, I couldn’t help but take a few bites😁😁🙄😝😝
