The thick yogurt I used is made by myself. If you want to buy it ready-made, I recommend "Bright and True" (this yogurt is the same as the homemade one, only milk and fermented bacteria, no additives, and the syrup of this yogurt is added after eating the yogurt, so there is no need for syrup here). If the ordinary yogurt you use contains sugar, then the amount of sugar given in the recipe should be reduced.
-
Knead all the ingredients except butter into a dough, knead until smooth, add butter, and knead until a film forms.
-
Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
-
Make cranberry cheese filling: wash, drain and chop dried cranberries and set aside.
-
Soften the cream cheese over warm water.
-
Add powdered sugar and mix well. Add cranberries and continue mixing. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready.
-
When the dough has doubled in size, dip your finger in flour and poke it until it doesn't spring back or shrink. After the fermented dough is deflated, divide it into 16 equal portions, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 15 minutes.
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into a round shape, add an appropriate amount of cranberry cheese filling, wrap it up and seal it tightly.
-
Place the seam side down into the baking pan, place it in a warm and moist place, and ferment it twice to 2.5 times in size.
-
About 40 minutes. I like to put a bowl of hot water in the oven to ferment.
-
Put the fermented dinner bags into the middle and lower layers of the preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, cover with tin foil after coloring, and bake until the surface is golden brown. 🌻Tip: After fermentation, you can brush the whole egg wash on the surface and sprinkle sesame seeds for decoration, or brush coconut milk and sprinkle coconut grated. It depends on your preference. I didn't do anything. I made it twice as much as the recipe. When baking, put the gold plate on the middle layer first, and the baking tray on the middle and lower layers. Bake like this for 20 minutes, change the positions of the two plates, and bake for another 10 minutes. If one pan is baked, 25 minutes is enough. Immediately after taking it out of the oven, brush a layer of melted butter on the surface (in addition to the recipe amount), let it cool, then seal and store it. 🌻Tips: If you brush with egg wash or sprinkle with coconut milk before baking, you don’t need to do any processing when you take it out of the oven, just let it cool.

There is yogurt, and the bread is always soft no matter how you make it. You can also eat cheese and cranberries in every bite. It is sour and sweet, and you will never get tired of it no matter how much you eat.
