-
In addition to butter, pour high-gluten flour, milk, whole egg liquid, salt, fine sugar, and dry yeast powder into the basin in order (note: the dry yeast powder cannot come into contact with the salt) and mix with the dough.
-
After the dough is mixed, add the softened butter, continue kneading, and knead the dough evenly.
-
After the dough is mixed, place it in a warm place to ferment until it doubles or triples in size and is ready for use.
-
While the dough is fermenting, fry the pizza base. Put an appropriate amount of butter in the wok, add chopped onions, an appropriate amount of oyster sauce and saute until fragrant, add tomato paste, basil leaves, pizza grass, and crushed black pepper and stir-fry. Add according to personal taste. Personally, I think adding more basil leaves, pizza grass, and cracked black pepper will make it more flavorful. (Adjust salt to your own taste. I used oyster sauce, so I didn’t add salt)
-
Stir-fry the sauce and set aside
-
Take out the fermented dough and press it a few times to deflate the dough. Divide the dough into two pieces, one large and one small. Place them on the chopping board to rest for 15 minutes. Use a rolling pin to roll the large dough into a round pizza crust shape. Grease a pizza baking pan with appropriate amount of butter and place the rolled dough into the pizza baking pan. Roll out the small dough into a thin dough, place the cheese strips on the thin dough, roll it up into a roll, cut the rolled cheese strips into pieces, and make enough cheese heart. Use a fork to make some small holes in the dough.
-
Use a fork to make some small holes in the dough and place the cheese cubes on top.
-
Apply a layer of fried base sauce and pizza sauce.
-
Spread a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese (mozzarella cheese is easy to draw and has a good taste. If you don’t have mozzarella, you can use cheese slices bought in ordinary supermarkets, but it is easy to get watery). I don’t have mozzarella cheese at home today, so I can only use ordinary cheese slices instead.
-
Place a layer of bone-in-bone chicken pieces pulled off the skewers.
-
Spread a layer of corn and green beans
-
Spread another layer of onions that have been sauteed to remove the moisture
-
Cover with cheese slices. (Mozzarella cheese sticks should be used here. I didn’t have any at home, so I used cheese slices instead. The texture and stringiness are not very good, and water easily comes out after being put in the oven. It is recommended that you prepare mozzarella cheese sticks)
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, upper and lower heat, and bake on the middle rack for 35 minutes. You can also adjust the upper and lower heat to 210 degrees and bake on the middle shelf for 25 minutes according to your own oven conditions. Bake until the cheese is golden brown and the moisture is removed. Adjust it yourself and watch it at any time.

Bake it!
