  1. Chop the tomatoes. Dice the tomatoes and put them in a crystal bowl and have them ready. (For details on how to handle tomatoes, see Tips ❶ at the bottom of this article)

  2. Cut the seafood. Cut the cod and shrimp into cubes.

  3. Season the cod and shrimps with salt, black pepper and flour and toss lightly.

  4. Fry the ingredients. Pour a little olive oil into the pan and fry the seasoned cod and shrimp until crispy.

  5. To make the sauce, put the minced garlic in a crystal bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Pour in the chopped tomatoes, finally add the black olives, balsamic vinegar and cilantro, and mix the sauce thoroughly.

  6. Pour the fried seafood into the sauce. Pour the fried cod and shrimp into the sauce and mix well.

  7. To bake the bread, cut the baguette into thin slices and bake in the oven at a temperature of about 155 degrees for 5 minutes. (Remember to preheat the oven to a temperature of 155 degrees to 160 degrees).

  8. Place the baked bread on the finished plate, and spread all the mixed ingredients evenly on the bread slices.

  9. At the end of the seasoning, sprinkle some black olives, chopped coriander, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and black pepper, and a Spanish snack is completed! (For tips on handling coriander, please see Tips ❷ at the bottom of this article)
