For the meat filling, use cooking wine, light soy sauce, and starch in advance, and stir evenly

I still prepared the chili peppers I brought back from the last time I ate boiled fish. Of course, don’t worry if you don’t have the chili for boiled fish, we only need dry red chili and peppercorns at home

Put oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, add the meat filling and stir-fry, pour a small amount of light soy sauce, and then add the chili pepper. (If you don’t have boiled fish chili, then change this step. After the oil is hot, add peppercorns and chilies and stir-fry. When fragrant, add minced meat and stir-fry, pour a little light soy sauce)
