Add 3 eggs and 5g baking powder to 300g flour, knead into a smooth dough and let it rise for 30 minutes

Roll out into thin dough

Put it in the pan and fry until it turns light yellow

Add 100ml water, 100g white sugar, and 150g maltose to the pot and cook until the syrup immediately forms into a thin, naturally solidified column when you dip a chopstick into it (I forgot to take a photo of this step because I was a little busy at the time), then pour it into the fried noodles, sprinkle in black sesame seeds, and stir evenly until the noodles are dipped in the syrup

Brush oil on the placed utensil, pour the mixed noodles in, compact and let cool

Pour out the cooled Shaqima and cut into pieces
