Peel the kudzu, wash and cut into 1cm thick slices and set aside.

Peel, wash and smash the ginger, wash the yam, adzuki beans and candied dates and set aside.

Scrape the scales, remove the internal organs and wash the dace fish, then fry it in a frying pan until both sides are slightly brown.

Put the fried dace, cut kudzu, washed adzuki beans, yam, candied dates and ginger cubes into the electronic clay pot.

Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for an hour and a half.

Add just the right amount of salt to taste and you’re done!
