Sweet and sour cherry radish
Overview
I used the lemon rice vinegar juice that I used to soak the cherries and radish before. It has a light fruity aroma and the acidity is not strong. It is very soft and sour and has a natural freshness

Prepare the ingredients. For the orange lemon rice vinegar sauce here, I used the orange lemon rice vinegar sauce for soaking cherry radish in the previous post;

Wash the cherry radishes, insert a toothpick at the bottom, and cut off a small piece so that the radishes can stand firm and will not roll around when cutting;

Then cut into small slices and take out the toothpick;

Marinate the cut cherry radish with salt for 12 minutes until the juice comes out, squeeze out the juice, add mint, sugar, lemon rice vinegar, mix well, and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
