Grilled Beef Meatballs with Tomato Sauce
Overview
This dish is made in a Western style, with the main flavor of tomato sauce, and is baked in the oven, so that the flavor of tomato sauce is completely absorbed into the beef meatballs. It tastes great. In order to pursue authenticity, I took the photo directly after taking it out of the oven. The container was not even moved, and the appearance looked a little worse

Chop the soaked bamboo shoots into dices and the water chestnuts into dices

Chop the beef into stuffing and add ginger, five-spice powder, pepper, salt, and light soy sauce to taste
