After washing the tenderloin, chop it slightly loosely on both sides with the back of a knife (to make it more flavorful)

Pour all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with chopsticks

Add the minced meat and dip both sides with the sauce

Dip everything in and marinate for more than 2 hours. I usually marinate overnight to make it more delicious

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the hot pan and heat it

Add marinated tenderloin

Fry over medium heat for two and a half minutes on each side until the meat is lightly browned

Pour in the marinated meat sauce, cover the pot and simmer for a minute
