Braised Abalone Pork Ribs
Overview
This dish used to be cooked during Chinese New Year holidays. When I was a kid, my father would make this dish every New Year’s Eve dinner. But now it’s different. You can cook it whenever you want. The oysters at home have just been used up, otherwise it will be more delicious when braised with pork ribs. However, the abalone is already very fresh. My husband also likes this braised pork ribs dish. The soup can be mixed with rice. It is a very simple dish. Since I was very slow to eat when I was a child, my family would mix the soup into the rice to eat faster. The dishes I have cooked these days remind me of my childhood. Time flies when I think about it, and my parents are getting a little older in the blink of an eye. .
