Fried edamame
Overview
In my mind, edamame is a summer dish, but now you can see it everywhere in the market, and it’s still very fresh! I feel like every family makes edamame differently. Today I made a small stir-fried edamame. Because the beans are very tender, I think it will be delicious no matter how you cook it!

Cut off both ends of edamame, wash and set aside

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and heat it

.Then pour in the edamame and cook, add a small spoonful of salt. After cooking, take it out and drain the water.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add garlic and chili and sauté until fragrant

Then add the pre-cooked edamame and stir-fry

Add seasoning, MSG, Thirteen Spice

Add light soy sauce and vinegar and stir-fry
