In my mind, edamame is a summer dish, but now you can see it everywhere in the market, and it’s still very fresh! I feel like every family makes edamame differently. Today I made a small stir-fried edamame. Because the beans are very tender, I think it will be delicious no matter how you cook it!

  1. Cut off both ends of edamame, wash and set aside

  2. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and heat it
