When I look at the posts of Meitian’s friends making sushi, I naturally get excited and always want to try it myself. But after buying all the tools, I didn’t have time to try it out, so I threw it in a drawer and hibernated. This time I received a trial prize from Meitian---the first dish of healthy ginger. I just thought about it all day long, what should I do? The cold dish is too simple, and eating it directly cannot show its versatility. After thinking about it, I decided to make healthy ginger sushi and fulfill my little wish of making sushi. The ginger laitou dish is a health-preserving side dish that has passed 9 major standards and carefully selected young ginger from Laiwu, the hometown of Chinese ginger, as the main raw material. It has been made through 13 processes including storing, drying, picking, scraping, cutting, clearing, turning, stirring, measuring, mixing, soaking, filtering and fishing. Among the test samples I received, there are two flavors, one is light fragrance type; the other is fresh fragrance type. The light-flavor type tastes sweet, and the fresh-flavor type tastes salty. Although the taste is slightly different, it is still delicious and crisp.
