Spinach, ham, vermicelli and egg soup

It's a very light bowl of soup. Drinking it in the morning on a cold day will keep you full of energy all day long.

Prepare spinach

Change the knife to cut into smaller pieces

Set aside ham sausage strips and coriander

Break an egg into a bowl

Heat oil in a pot, sauté chopped green onion, fill with appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat

Prepare the vermicelli soaked in advance and set aside

When the water boils, add the vermicelli and ham sausage strips and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in egg liquid. Add water starch to thicken the gravy. Add salt and five-spice powder to taste
