This is my first time learning to make sushi. It’s not as difficult as I thought. It sells well and tastes good.

Prepare the ingredients for making sushi.

Cut cucumber, carrots and crispy sausage into strips. Fry the eggs into egg skin and cut into strips (the eggs are skipped).

Boil cucumbers, carrots, and crispy sausages in water and drain them.

Cook the rice until it is slightly firmer than usual. After the rice is warm, add sushi vinegar and mix well.

Place a piece of seaweed on the bamboo curtain and spread it with rice.

Add radish strips, cucumber, carrots, crispy sausage, and egg strips.

Roll up slowly and compact.

Slicing is OK.
