Soak the dried fungus in warm water half an hour in advance. Adding salt can speed up the swelling.

Boil the soaked fungus in water, blanch it for 3 minutes, take it out, and wash away the mucus on the surface with cold water.

Mince the ginger and garlic; cut the green onions into small pieces and put them in a small bowl. Heat the sesame oil and pour it on top to cook out the aroma.

Add chili millet, vinegar, sugar, light soy sauce, salt and MSG into the bowl; pour evenly over the fungus.
