Fortunately, today’s electrical appliances are very advanced, so I make a claypot rice, make a reservation at night, and I can smell the aroma when I wake up. As a foodie, snacks from all over the country are my favorite, especially as a native of Northeastern China. I have eaten claypot rice with cured meat in Guangzhou, but I am not used to the taste of bacon, so I improved it and used northeastern chicken to stew mushrooms. It is cooked in one pot, and the rich soup is mixed into the rice, which is really fragrant.
