Q version gluten meat
Overview
Every time I eat gluten-stuffed meat, I only eat the skin. Too much meat makes me full easily. My daughter actually did the same, so I bought the Q version of gluten. It’s mini and there’s no need to peel off the skin and eat it...Haha! One bite, really good!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add minced ginger, oyster sauce, eggs and other seasonings into the minced meat, stir well in a clockwise direction with chopsticks.
-
Gently dig a small hole in the gluten (because it is mini and easy to break, so be gentle), put some meat filling in it.
-
Carefully stuff the meat filling one by one
-
Put the prepared gluten meat into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water (not a lot), then add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and rock sugar, and start cooking.
-
Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer. Add cooked quail eggs and some rice cakes (these are what girls like to eat) and simmer for about 20 minutes.
