Beat two egg yolks into the leftover rice

Stir evenly so that every grain of rice is coated with the egg yolk liquid

Cut onions, carrots and celery into cubes and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant

Add carrots and diced celery and stir-fry until cooked. Add salt and oyster sauce to taste and serve.

Add the rice covered with egg yolk liquid into the pan and stir-fry until hot. Add the seasoned vegetables and stir-fry evenly before taking it out of the pan.
