1. 1 Chopped steamed purple sweet potato

   

2. 2 Add a little water and stir the purple sweet potato into a paste

   

3. 3 Add a little preserved lemon to adjust the taste and color, and keep the purple sweet potato from discoloring (you can also add some white vinegar if you don’t have lemon)

   

4. 4 Mix well and add a little flour

   

5. 5 Mix flour and purple potato paste

   

6. 6 Then add water and stir into a thin paste, which is the same as when making pure flour

   

7. 7 Pour it into the matching plate as well

   

8. 8 Use the same method to dip the batter into cakes
