Wash and prepare the ingredients

Cut the meat and sprinkle some pepper

Add some starch and mix well and set aside

Cut off the stems and cut into rolling blades

Mushroom slices

Garlic slices and minced ginger are ready

Blanch the okra in boiling water for one minute, take it out and let it cool

Heat a wok, add oil, add garlic slices and minced ginger and sauté until fragrant

Add in diced pork and stir-fry until oil comes out

Spray an appropriate amount of cooking wine to remove the smell

Add imported mushrooms and stir-fry until raw

Add water-controlled okra and stir-fry till the flavor

Add some soy sauce, salt and stir well and take out the pan

Delicious with rice
