Garlic Bones (oven version)

Mix all ingredients except ribs, sesame seeds and reserved oil

Use a blender to make a paste

Wash the ribs and cut into pieces

Use kitchen paper to absorb moisture

Put the ribs in a plastic bag and pour in the sauce

Knead the outside of the bag a little with your hands to make the sauce evenly coated on the ribs, and marinate overnight;

Brush the grill with oil and place the ribs;

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and bake for about 40 minutes. Brush the ribs with a thin layer of oil, turn to heat (GRILL/BROIL) and bake for 3-5 minutes on both sides, or until the surface is slightly crispy and hard. When eating, sprinkle some toasted (dry-fried) sesame seeds.
