Shredded Pork and Dried Beans
Overview
I like eating dried beans very much. I used to buy them in dry goods stores. Later, my mother made them herself. It turned out to be very simple. Wash the fresh cowpeas you bought, cook them in a pot, and then put them in the sun to dry! Now in summer, it only takes a day or two to dry it. You can buy more cowpeas now when they are cheap, dry them in the sun, cut them into sections, seal them in a crisper and eat them slowly!
