Cut the pork loin into shreds.

Marinate the pork with appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, thirteen spices and starch for 20 minutes.

Remove the skin from the sweet potatoes and cut into shreds.

Put oil in the pot, heat it up over high heat, then turn to medium heat, and add shredded sweet potatoes (note: don’t add too much shredded sweet potato. If the bubbles rise rapidly, turn to low heat immediately to control the fire at any time to prevent the oil from popping out.)

Fry the sweet potato shreds until golden brown and take them out.

Wash the cabbage hearts and cut into thin strips.

Leave some oil in the pot, add marinated pork and stir-fry.
