Pork Belly and Grilled Tea Tree Mushroom

Pork Belly and Grilled Tea Tree Mushroom

Overview

This dish is the one that our whole family grabs the fastest. It seems that tea tree mushrooms are eaten by men, women, old and young. It is both delicious and easy to eat. This dish was made last winter. Now my son is drooling just looking at the pictures. He asked his mother when will you make this dish for me? I want to eat it so much. I wonder if there are any fresh tea tree mushrooms available this season? I'll go to the market tomorrow to take a look, and if I see it, I'll buy it and make it. Haha!
