Remove the bones from the chicken legs, add light soy sauce, pepper, sugar, and rice wine, and marinate for more than 2 hours.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until browned on both sides.

Prepare the sauce: rice wine, brown sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and a small amount of water.

Pour in the sauce, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
