Purple Sweet Potato Oatmeal Cheese Toast
Overview
The sweet purple sweet potato is pureed and kneaded into the dough, which gives the dough a warm and oily purple color and also contains the fragrance of purple sweet potato. The purple sweet potato dough is filled with cream cheese and sweet potato chunks. It tastes richer and will never be monotonous. This is my passion for purple baking!

Steam the purple sweet potato and beat it into purple sweet potato puree. Finally, weigh 110g of purple sweet potato puree. Cut the sweet potato into small pieces and steam until cooked. Then put it in the oven to dry the moisture on the surface at 100 degrees, let it cool and set aside
-
Put the purple sweet potato puree and the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket. Turn on the mixing program. Stir until it forms a ball, then add the butter and continue stirring until it is complete.
-
At the end of the mixing process, take out the dough, roll it into a ball, put it in a basin, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the oven for fermentation.
-
Let the dough rise until it doubles in size, and the dough will not shrink when you poke the holes
-
After the dough is fermented, take out the dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a large rectangular shape.
-
When it is resting, we can make the cream cheese filling. Add 80g of cream cheese to insulated water and 8g of sugar and stir until smooth.
-
Spread the cream cheese filling evenly on the dough.
-
Spread sweet potato cubes over the cream cheese filling.
-
Roll the dough from top to bottom and put it into the toast box.
-
Put the toast box into the oven and put a basin of warm water for secondary fermentation.
-
Ferment until the toast box is 90% full, then take out the toast box
-
Brush a layer of honey water on the surface of the toast, and then cover it with oatmeal.
-
Put it in the oven and heat it up and down at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
-
After baking, take out the toast and pour it out while it's still hot. Let it cool on a drying rack.
