Matcha Honey Red Bean Chiffon

First, sift the low-gluten flour and matcha powder twice and put them into a basin

Add milk and vegetable oil and mix well

Add egg yolk and stir into a uniform egg yolk batter

Add honey red beans and stir evenly (do not over stir to avoid gluten formation)

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites and beat until coarse foam forms. Add fine sugar in three batches and beat until 9 points.

Take 1/3 of the meringue and add it to the egg yolk batter, stir gently evenly

Pour the egg yolk paste into the remaining meringue and mix gently with a spatula

Pour the evenly mixed cake batter into the mold from a high position, shake the mold lightly to release big bubbles

Put it into the preheated oven and heat it up and down at 170 degrees for 35 minutes. After taking it out of the oven, shake it a few times and turn it upside down

Unmold after completely cooling.
