Tender fish boiled with sweet potato leaves
Overview
Tender fish boiled with sweet potato leaves is a famous dish in Hunan, but it seems to be rarely seen in restaurants outside of the country. The sweet potato leaves are made into jars to give the original flavor of the dish. When cooked with fresh tender fish, green peppers and green garlic, the sourness and tenderness of the sweet potato leaves and the tenderness and freshness of the tender fish are the perfect way to make it fresh and appetizing. After eating it in a restaurant last time, I thought it tasted delicious. This time I tried making this dish at home according to the restaurant’s ingredients. Please point out any mistakes.
