Stir-fried Pork with Sour Beans
Overview
It's the beginning of autumn, and it's time to put on autumn fat again, but this autumn tiger is showing off its power again! The temperature is so high that it makes people feel that this is still a hot summer, nothing like autumn! Not to mention the big meat, even the vegetarian dishes are not appetizing. Today I made this spicy and refreshing sour bean stir-fried pork dish, which can not only stimulate your appetite but also add some autumn fat.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and drain the beans
-
Cut the water-controlled beans into 1 cm long segments, sprinkle with a little salt, mix well, put into a wide-mouth bottle (the canning bottle I use), and press tightly
-
Plug the mouth of the bottle with a plastic bag
-
Fill a small bowl with half a bowl of water and place the bottle upside down in the small bowl
-
After marinating for two or three days, the beans will turn into sour beans
-
Ready to stir-fry: Cut the pork into small cubes, pat the garlic seeds with a knife, peel and mince them, and chop the green chilies
-
Heat the pan and pour in oil. When the oil boils, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant
-
Add the diced meat and stir-fry until it changes color
-
Add diced green peppers and pickled beans and continue stir-frying
-
Pour in a little light soy sauce
-
Add appropriate amount of salt
-
Taste, take out and serve on a plate
