There is also a great function - Diefa, which allows you to set the bread making program according to your own needs and make bread with the texture you want. I think this solves the problem that many experts have that the bread made by bread machines has a general texture. You can customize different bread making programs according to the characteristics of your own flour and formula. The bread produced is really much better than the ordinary bread machine! This time I experimented with a recipe grown at room temperature. The texture of the bread was very soft. After being stored at room temperature for four days, it still tasted soft and full of elasticity. My dad said it was delicious, haha, which greatly satisfied my vanity.

  1. First, weigh the middle ingredients, which is the main ingredients, and pour them into the bread machine. Select the dough mixing program. The default is 10 minutes. Press the start button and stir the dough until the dry and wet ingredients are evenly mixed. Then stop and end the dough mixing program. Cover the bread barrel with a wet cloth and let it ferment until it is 3-4 times its original size.

  4. Choose Diefa: 30 minutes of kneading, 40 minutes of primary fermentation, 5 minutes of exhaust, 50 minutes of secondary fermentation, and 55 minutes of baking. During coloring, select automatic fruit sprinkling. Then click OK and start.

  7. minutes before the end of baking, open the lid of the bread machine, apply egg wash on the surface of the bread, and sprinkle black sesame seeds for decoration (this step is for better appearance and can be ignored). Finally, when the whole process is finished, take the bread bucket out of the bread machine, then take the bread out of the bread bucket and place it on the grill to cool.

  8. Mine was kept warm and packed in food bags. I took a picture of the finished product when I had time the next day. The texture is very soft.
