Slice the northern tofu, cut the ginger, garlic and chili and set aside.

Slices of fairy tofu.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and chili and saute until fragrant.

Add tofu and fry briefly.

Add the fairy tofu, salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, add a little water and cook for 5 minutes.

Add water starch to thicken the gravy.
