Prepare onions and ginger

Wash and shred two bell peppers.

Peel and wash the edamame.

Cut the meat into shreds.

Preheat pan. Pour a small amount of sesame oil and pour the fat into the pan for frying.

Pour the lean pork shreds into the pot and stir-fry until it changes color.

Pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Pour in a small amount of vinegar.

Add the green pepper and edamame to the pot, stir-fry, and add salt.

Remove from the pan.
