Wash the sea cucumber. Cut it vertically, making 3 cuts in one piece.

Green onions are white. Cut into sections. Cut it in half vertically, and then cut the other half in half, that is, cut a green onion into quarters.

Pour a tablespoon of base oil, add green onions and fry until lightly browned, take out.
