Overview
I went to the wholesale market on Xingtian, bought a few kilograms of beef, and made steak, boiled beef, and beef buns. The remaining beef had been in the refrigerator for two days, so I quickly took it out and made this beef sauce. Beef sauce can be mixed with noodles and can also be paired with rice. It is very delicious with porridge.

Chop beef, onions and mushrooms into mince
