Steps

  1. Clean the edamame.

  2. Cut off both ends.

  3. After the water in the pot boils, add the edamame and cook, then drain into cold water.

  4. Add appropriate amount of sugar, salt, minced garlic, light soy sauce, mature vinegar and sesame oil, mix well.

  5. Serve on a platter.
