  1. Mix rice flour, flour and corn starch, add an appropriate amount of water to make a slurry, not too thin or too thick. (For convenience, you can go directly to the supermarket to buy special rice roll powder; you can also omit the clear noodles in the recipe)

  2. Chop the pork into minced meat, add salt and oil, mix well and set aside

  4. For general seasoning, add a little cold boiled water and sesame oil to soy sauce, mix well, and the soy sauce will be ready

  5. Boil water in a pot, use a steam rack to place a flat-bottomed basin, brush a layer of oil into the basin with a brush, and then add a little minced meat
